Each vitamin works differently for each person so it is always wise to consult your doctor before experimenting. Always keep your doctor in the loop if you are having problem with your prenatal vitamins or you are wanting to switch. The vitamins are:

    A distinction needs to be made between chemcial vitamin and what we sell which is natural and safer.

    Which one of the Prenatals mentioned above is made by you'll...?
    Its just a list I put together of Prenatal vitamins consumed by me and some of my friends.
    Some are sold Over-the-counter and some are available by doctor's prescription only.
